Increase in ADOPT funding
Great news, the maximum funding available to ADOPT project has doubled from £100k to £200k for future funding rounds giving farmers and researchers to be more ambitious with project scope.
ARC is developing several full proposals for the next round, due 29th July including:
- Crop measurement club, following the spirit of YEN, with Mark Stubbs as lead farmer
- Testing Aeropod - an exciting new compaction-busting technology, with Dan Jolly
- On-farm Compost Hub with Chris Baylis
- Testing the Senseen Nutriscope handheld sensor for crop nutrient analysis
Facilitator Support Grants
The next deadline for applications is 8 July. We are particularly interested to submit applications for projects in the following areas:
- Testing and sharing evidence on biologicals and biostimulants with Proof
- Learning from soil data with new Agtech Partner SoilBeat
- Working with organo-mineral fertilisers
- Finding profitable alternative break crops, utilising the new Novel Crop Network
