1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all memberships, payments, and use of services offered by Arc Agronomic Sciences Ltd. By completing your purchase, you agree to these Terms.

2. Membership

  • Membership grants access to exclusive ARC community resources, discussions, and benefits as described on our website.

  • Memberships are non-transferable.

  • We reserve the right to update membership features or offerings at any time.

3. Payments via Stripe

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

  • We do not store your full payment details; Stripe manages payment security and processing.

  • You authorise ARC to charge your selected payment method for the agreed membership fee.

4. Renewals & Cancellations

  • Memberships may be billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected at checkout).

  • You may cancel your membership at any time via your account settings.

  • Cancellations stop future charges but do not retroactively refund payments already made.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are generally not available once payment has been processed, except where required by law.

  • Any refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Use of Community & Content

  • Members must engage respectfully within the community.

  • Any misuse, abuse, or breach of community guidelines may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.

  • Content shared by ARC is for informational and educational purposes and should not be taken as professional, financial, or legal advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • ARC Innovation Community will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your membership or use of our services.

  • We do not guarantee specific results from membership participation.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
